HSPD-12 Managed Services Office (MSO)

The GSA Federal Acquisition Service launched the HSPD-12 Managed Services Office (HSPD-12 MSO) on September 13, 2006, providing turn-key services to produce compliant PIV II credentials and assist Federal agencies in satisfying OMB Guidance M-05-24. The MSO established the USAccess program, a managed, shared service solution that simplifies the process of procuring and maintaining PIV compliant credentials. The MSO provides the project, acquisition and financial management necessary to help participating agencies receive the USAccess end-to-end service.
