Biography Marion Royal is an Agency Expert in GSA's Office of Governmentwide Policy. Mr. Royal serves as a nationally recognized and respected authority and Agency spokesperson on a diverse range of issues related to Electronic Commerce with specific emphasis on Information Security. Mr. Royal has worked on governmentwide projects during his eight-year tenure at General Services Administration. Working with Federal Agencies, commercial organizations, and industry forums, he has served as a catalyst to advance Governmentwide Electronic Messaging, Electronic Directories (X.500), and Public Key Technologies. He has been honored with two "Hammer Awards" from Vice President Al Gore and the National Partnership for Reinventing Government. |
